If you’re headed to the ballpark…

Cover of Quacky Baseball by Peter Abrahams

Yes, baseball season has begun, here in the Lehigh Valley and in every corner of the U.S. It is a great All-American past time. Children as young as two can recognize “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” as a baseball song. Now since the season has hit there is a new release in children’s picture books to go along with the baseball season.

Quacky Baseball, by Peter Abrahams and illustrated by Frank Morrison, is the perfect baseball book for your youngest baseball enthusiasts. The colorful action pictures and quick expressive text are perfect for tots, ages two-three-four.

Though the beginning of the book was a bit abrupt the story marks the highlights of the always intense “bottom of the ninth”.

So “take anyone out to the ball game” and share this lively story with your little ones. See the full article review of Quacky Baseball by Peter Abrahams.

Thank you to Harper, an imprint of HarperCollins Children’s for a copy of Quacky Baseball by Peter Abrahams.

Happy Reading and have a wonderful spring season.
